We closed this week on 505 Harbor Avenue for $350,000.  This is a great price on a 4 square home with a view of the bay. Short walk to the beach and all that is happening downtown.  I have a similar property on Monroe listed for $425,000.  Call me for details. 

Just listed in Bay Creek, 1 Moon Court located ont the 10th fairway of the Arnold Palmer Course. This home is better than new and has 12' ceilings in the foyer, dining room and office.  The oak floors in the Kitchen, breakfast area and dining room are beautiful.  Cherry cabinets, corian countertops, enclosed patio with a large deck off overlooking the golf course.  Must see....

Other activitiy that I know about around the area, we closed on a waterfront home in Vaucluse Shores which is about 15 miles north of Cape Charles for $210,000.  Now who says you cannot still find bargains on the Shore.  Thats right a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with deep water right up to your yard for just over 200K. 

The latest word on zoning issues here in Northampton County is that the planning commission passed the changes to the  comprehensive plan and the supervisors rubberstamped them as well.  Now the planning commission must hold public hearings on proposed changes to residential subdivisions before any more changes take place.  These hearings will be well attended...See you there.
