The Real Estate market on the Shore had been pretty flat this past fall and then when January 2007 rolled around things quickly picked up. Buyers have been showing up and writing offers with us regularly.

The is an Emerging trend that I feel is important to the way business is conducted here on the Shore. Buyers are asking about what is available to them. Amenities like golf courses, marinas, restaurants and the theater are part of any conversation. When I started in real estate I would routinely here of folks that came and settled on the Shore not for what is here but for what is not here. This has changed now. Folks seek out amenities that did not exist just a few short years ago. In fact if you missed the Arts Enter play “Little Piece of Eden” its coming again in July. Get your tickets now, you will not regret it.
